My first artist profile is, of course, DBSK!
So basically, DBSK is the best band to ever walk the earth. Ever. By far.
Technically, their *official* acronym is TVXQ, but I much prefer DBSK.
Their Korean name is Dong Bang Shin Ki/Gi [동방신기] or DBSK/DBSG. The Chinese equivalent is Dong Fang Shen Qi [東方神起], but idk what ridiculous romanization they used to come to Tong Vfang Xien Qi - thus TVXQ, their "official" acronym. And in Japan they use Tōhōshinki, abbreviated as THSK. All three basically mean "rising gods of the east."
Debuting in 2003, they have since been hugely popular in Asia; they are from the same label (SM) that produced H.O.T. and Shinhwa (two earlier massively successful Korean boybands). And they are basically amazing. Their talent is insane - they dance so well, and their vocals are just *ridiculous,* including in live performances with heavy choreography. It's insane. And though they are categorized as Pop, they have such range. Their a cappella is amazing, their ballads are so beautiful, and of course their pop is greeeeat.
I originally was going to include my member profiles within this one post, but that would have been overkill. I have written Jaejoong's and Junsu's so far, but need to update with videos, etc.
So stay tuned!
After member profiles are completed....*drumroll*....downloads and reviews of alllll their albums and most of their singles & videos!!!!!!!!!!!
Get excited :D

From Wiki.theppn:
Tong Vfang Xien Qi (東方神起 in Hanja/Chinese/Japanese; 동방신기 in Hangul) is a five-member male chorus group based in Korea by SM Entertainment. In Japan, they are officially known as TOHOSHINKI. Due to differences in romanization of the Hangul by fans, they are often seen as Dong Bang Shin Ki or Dong Bang Shin Gi. Depending on which romanization is used, they are abbreviated as TVXQ, TVfXQ, DBSK, DBSG, or THSK. On official material in Korea and Japan they are shortened to TVXQ and THSK respectively. The group itself mostly uses the "TVfXQ" abbreviation.
TVXQ has debuted in Korea, Japan, and China and is well known as one of the leaders of the Hallyu Korean Wave. They are currently under the SM Entertainment label in Korea and the avex rhythm zone label in Japan.
